The Is Cool Ambassadors
Ambassadors are Is Cool players who make friends with us and want to help users. You can contact them for information about the game, questions about possible bugs or messages you want to send to the Is Cool team or community. Ambassadors are recognisable by their logo.
Because logos can be hijacked, if you ever have any doubt about a person you contact being an official Ambassador, you can click on their profile to confirm they are definitely friends with the Is Cool Community Manager Jérôme Kiwis.
If you would like to become an Ambassador, you can contact the manager by sending him a message with the title “Ambassador”.

With regards to SponsorPay, it may take some time for partners to confirm the offer and for you to receive the premium. However, if you are still waiting for images, you need to directly contact SponsorPay. On the SponsorPay page, click on your offers then in front of each offer should be a button (’signaler un problème’) to contact SponsorPay. Hope this helps!

This is what you need to do-
First of all, check that you have copied the code correctly. Make sure you have not accidentally put spaces in at the end of the code.
If your code was entered correctly but you did not receive your image pack or instant win, you can contact Jérôme Kiwis on his profile and send him an email containing the following:
Subject: IS COOL – images not received
1) The offer type (i.e. image pack, instant win) and the price.
2) The method of payment used (bankcard, Paypal, Neosurf etc).
3) The « code » you received by mail (composed of 8 numbers/letters, example: A10KZV9B).
4) Your email address.
5) The date of purchase and if possible, hour of purchase.

What exactly is the problem? Are you unable to buy images at all using SMS or have you been able to make a purchase but you haven’t received any images yet? If you have a code you can send me a message on my facebook account with details of the offer type and price, your method of payment and the code you received. It shouldn’t show all of your friends that you have on facebook, but only those friends on facebook who have the IsCool application. If it is showing all of your facebook friends, even if they do not have the application, then there is a problem that we can try and look into sorting out for you. Thanks

When you go to invite friends, the application will show everyone whom you are currently friends with. You need to specifically click on the friends that you wish to invite, when you do this the friends you have selected will have a tick by them. You then need to click the send invitation button to send the invite. Hope that helps!

I have the same problem as Pierre .I have gone from 1500 friends to over 2000 but in the past few months my daily score has gone from over 6000 to about 2000 max.
Is there a problem with the game?
I have never used a cheat , if anything I have reported people who recommended ways to do so.
